Integrated Product Team Integrated Functional Team Resource Augmentation |
Resource Augmentation Rampart focuses on engineering resource solutions for the DoD and commercial industrial sectors, applying Integrated Team concepts. In order to supply our customers with the right size and fit solution, there are three engagement models that Rampart is able to provide. Rampart is able to provide resource augmentation. In cases where the customer has a pre-existing skill set, and needs to augment their resource pool to meet spikes in resource demand, Rampart is able to provide qualified customer managed resources. Deliverables in these engagements are the responsibility of the customer, with Rampart adding value by providing qualified candidates using Rampart's variable resource management model. The end result is that the customer buys the right amount of resource and skills when they need it. Rampart provides a full spectrum of skill sets, ranging from mechanical design, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Electrical and circuit board design, manufacturing, logistics engineering, and software development. |
