David W. Dunn President and CEO  David Dunn is a former U.S. Army Officer and 25 year veteran of the Aerospace and Defense industry. He is well versed in matters pertaining to product life cycle management and maintains a diverse network of business contacts throughout North America and Europe. Prior to co-founding Rampart Global, Mr. Dunn was a key contributor at General Dynamics Corporation and served in a variety of senior leadership and management positions. At GD’s Amphibious Systems business unit, he was responsible for providing executive level leadership for the USMC’s Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle program, and for overseeing all matters pertaining to Strategic and Operational Planning, Profit and Loss Management, New Business Capture, Proposal Development, Program Management, Contract Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, Materials and Supply Chain Management (involving over 500 suppliers), Customer Care and Risk Management. During his tenure, GDAMS grew to a profitable $240M operation and secured more than $1.2B in engineering contracts. Mr. Dunn regularly consults with companies who are engaged in the Aerospace & Defense Industry. He holds a BS in Operations Management and an MBA (with an emphasis in Finance) from Northern Illinois University. |
