Henry (Hank) Betts
Vice President Strategy and Client Operations

Henry (Hank) Betts is a business executive with strong leadership experience and business acumen and brings to Rampart Global a proven model for customer care. He is well versed in consulting, solution development, delivery management and sales of business services and information technology services. He led the delivery of a full range of outsourced services to government and Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of industries.

Mr. Betts comes to Rampart Global after a thirty-year career with EDS. He has been responsible for executive delivery management of multiple client relationships and contracts across the United States with responsibility for annual P & Ls in the $6 million to $12 million range. Along the way, Mr. Betts has been responsible for delivery of support services to General Motors’ engineering community as well as for the delivery of a major GM corporate program to convert GM North America’s business process for moving material in its components operations into a single, lean manufacturing system based on the Toyota Production System.

In his role with EDS, Mr. Betts has worked for or consulted with companies in the automotive manufacturing, food manufacturing, transportation, state government, banking and health care industries. Most of his experience has been focused on helping companies improve their business through the best use of people, processes and technology. In this, he has led the development, implementation and ongoing relationship delivery of multiple, long-term business process outsourcing agreements.

Mr. Betts served for five years as an Officer in the US Navy. He received a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and completed training in the Systems Engineering Development Program with EDS.
