Integrated Functional Team

Rampart focuses on engineering resource solutions for the DoD and commercial industrial sectors, applying Integrated Team concepts. In order to supply our customer's with the right size and fit solution, there are three engagement models that Rampart is able to provide.

Rampart provides self-managed functional teams. These teams can supplement a customer's core competency with non-core functional engineering expertise. For example, if a customer has expertise in mechanical design, but not logistics engineering and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Rampart can provide a complete team of logistics engineers to provide engineering support within the logistics engineering functional domain.

Deliverables range from a customer defined set of artifacts to complete Technical Data Packages (TDP), composed of functional domain documents. For example, in logistics engineering, the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR), Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM) and Training material can be provided.

As customer's have varying core competencies, Rampart can provide the whole team or integrate customer team/resources onto the team, managed cohesively by Rampart program managers.
