Computer Aided Design
Rampart provides full service solid modeling services, ranging from component, assembly and sub-system modeling. The fullly detailed models are developed according to either the customer's internal standards or, if desired, to Rampart modeling standards. High quality models are developed according to the level of detail the customer needs, from conceptual space claim models, to fully detailed and physically accurate models that support analysis and verification, accurate to material type, weight, Center or Gravity and Inertia. Rampart can provide CAD models in a variety of open formats, including STEP, IGES, DXF and others. Any and all Technical Data Package artifacts, such as Bills Of Materials, Specifications, and fully detailed drawings are able to be provided based on customer need.

CAD Systems Integration
Rampart provides CAD systems integration services, to include integration of complex CAD geometries into a cohesive, sustainable CAD Advanced Assembly model. Integration criteria include interference free fits, space claim and interface framework maintenance. Rampart can work as part of a design team or work to institute complete system integration frameworks.

Routed Systems Design
Rampart provides full routed system design services, including electrical and piping designs. This includes integration between logical design components, such as wiring schematics with the physical routing design, such as 3D cabling layout.

Structural Design
Rampart provides mechanical structural design services, that includes design verification through application of appropriate load cases, boundary conditions integral with the 3D solid, surface or truss model. The verifications methods include but are not limited to stress-strain analysis (Linear and Non-Linear), modal/vibration analysis and fatigue analysis.

Assembly Sub-System Design
Rampart provides mechanical design services, that include full rigid body dynamics and kinematic mechanism design and verification. These services extend to Electrical design activities, more fully described within Electrical Design.
