Integrated Product Team   Integrated Functional Team   Resource Augmentation Integrated Product Team Rampart focuses on engineering resource solutions for the DoD and commercial industrial sectors, applying Integrated Team concepts.  In order to supply our customer's with the right size and fit solution, there are three engagement models that Rampart is able to provide. Integrated Product/Service Team. Rampart provides a self-managed cross functional team focused on delivering the product or service the customer defines.  Deliverables range from a customer defined set of artifacts to a component or sub-system (e.g. CAD Models, specifications, analyses, ...). Rampart can provide the Integrated Team leadership, including program management, such as Earned Value Management and Risk Management activities.  Rampart can provide cross functional team membership as desired by the customer, ranging from design engineers, CAD designers, logisticians, manufacturing and specialty engineering resources.  As customers have varying core competencies, Rampart can provide the whole team or integrate customer team/resources onto the team, managed cohesively by Rampart program managers.
